Come home to yourself

My mission

Believing that you already hold the innate power and wisdom for self-healing means that, as a Coach, I understand myself to be a guide on your journey, while you are sitting in the driver's seat. I will be asking the tough questions, while holding an empathic and unconditionally accepting space for your answers.

 

My mission is to help you reconnect to yourself and create a life you deem worth living. This involves two main areas (that are interconnected):

​

  • The inner and outer work of developing and growing self worth – a self worth with no relationship to external validation or results.

  • The ability to regulate stress, by releasing tension in your body/mind and setting healthy boundaries.

My background

My coaching practice is grounded in a person-centred approach that allows for an authentic expression of self and vulnerability. In each session, I will meet you exactly where you are in that very moment. You don't need to prepare for any of our sessions. 

 

My academic background is a mix of humanistic and systemic coaching with a strong psychological foundation. I believe we are bio-psycho-social beings, longing for meaning. I love to play with words and use creative writing as a tool for self-reflection and connection to the world within.
