Yin and Yang are joining forces: Fitness meets restorative practices – to not only strengthen your body but also nurture your soul. Tap into the strongest version of yourself, by recalling what true recovery feels like.
We will deep dive into a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on restoration, recovery, strength and resilience. There will be food for thought – "fitness science" alongside teachings of slow living, as well as food for your soul – reflective journaling prompts to guide you deeper into your own holistic fitness journey and a freshly prepared plant based lunch to wrap it up.
